Semi-Leaving DA, blame Eclipse

Welp. Eclipse goes into effect tomorrow (20th) and with it, many artists are going to leave, including myself.
I plan to use all the points I have before I go and let all my followers know that I'm leaving. After that, my account will be an archive. I will use PostyBirb to post to it, but I won't be checking it at all. Once I find a new site that PostyBirb has support for that is art-oriented but not focused on one particular fandom (ie derpibooru, furaffinity, etc), I will move entirely to it and deactivate my DeviantArt account.
So for now, I will be a little active on DA. But once all my points are spent, I will send a note to all my watchers to let them know that I'm archiving my account. Then I will be leaving.
DeviantArt, you had your chance to listen, but ya didn't. And now majority of your users are leaving. Good job.

WE HATE THE ECLIPSE UPDATE!
Since everyone has been voicing their opinions on this major change, I've decided to do so as well. If there are any arguments, I will disable comments on this journal.
Short reason why Eclipse is a bad idea and should be optional, not forced:
The site is not ready. Neither the users of the current Deviantart nor Eclipse itself are ready for this change. Eclipse is buggy, unappealing, will ruin years of people's hard work learning to code on the green site, and is difficult to navigate.

As some of you may know, I previously left DA for awhile due to Eclipse. I came back because I struggled to keep motivated to constantly post to Behance with all it's extra steps. With PostyBirb I was able to easily upload to DA. However, if we cannot get our voices heard and DA staff decides to go thru with their decision, I will leave DeviantArt completely and find a new home.
Additionally, there's a few petitions you can sign if you want your voices heard:

Rewriting this journal because I realized it didn't exactly make sense.
So...Originally I left DA because I didn't like Eclipse and was getting tired of DA staff doing literally nothing about the issues on the site. Those issues are still around, but I decided to come back because despite how much I love how professional Behance looks, there's just so many extra steps to upload stuff on Behance and as a result I wasn't posting very often.
At first I was only going to start using my DA account to post Adopts and bases I made, but then realized I needed somewhere to host all my art, aside from Twitter. So I decided to come back.
Stuff that is in storage will most likely stay that way for now, but over time I may reorganize and bring stuff back.
If you are interested in commissioning me, I prefer to communicate via Twitter or Discord but will answer DA notes if you have neither.
